This dress has capped sleeves with glamorous lapels featuring pairs of silver-coloured military-style buttons. These are actually press stud buttons & can be undone so that the lapels can be concealed inside the dress.  There are also small, discreet short slits on either side of the hemline.  The dress is quite roomy for a size 12 so probably very comfortable to wear.
