The fart cloud will incapacitate your foes so that you can chomp on their skulls with ease. You can rip off the arms of your opponents and use them as clubs to bludgeon their heads. By removing your hand from your body and attaching it to others, you can take control of your foes. This method of control is the only way for your character to use firearms such as laser pistols.
