The figure stands approximately 31 cm tall with over 35 points of articulation and comes with not only the Joker's familiar costume, but also the uniform of the Gotham City Police Department Honor Guard that he disguised himself in to snipe the mayor standing on the podium at the funeral of the city police commissioner, including his hat and badge.

Only the bonus head with makeup is equipped with PERS this time. The long purple coat, suspenders, and other costumes and accessories have all been redesigned for this item, and even the grenade hanging feature inside the coat has been recreated.
