Some envelopes with the cut patterns are partial cuts.  The seamstress only used the pieces for one or two of the articles of clothing.

Select the pattern from the Pattern # drop-down which includes the Mfg, Pattern Number and Size.  Uncut will follow the description for those which are uncut.
