Back when GTA3 was released, October 2001, my local video game store had a limited supply of this promotional beanie. I cannot find any information or even one picture of this item on Al Gore's intranet. I never wore it, it's brand new. I'm sure it's very rare and perhaps the last one in the world. Made in the USA.
