1956 The Horace Silver Quintet "The Cape Verdean Blues" original pressing jazz vinyl record album, BST 84220, by Blue Note Records.  It's been sample tested & seems to play well.  

The vinyl (VG+) has been ultrasonic cleaned; it has a few light scratches. Jacket has some dirty spots (mainly on the backside) & corner/edge wear .  Spine shows heavy wear (some lettering is clear). Includes original "27 Years Blue Note" inner sleeve, which shows some wear.
