We have stocks of refurbished ex corporate laptops and mobile devices for resale. All machines have been tested by qualified engineers in our Technical Centre with conditions in accordance with strict quality guidelines to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase.

We accept payment by PayPal and Credit / Debit cards entered on eBay, you must be registered with PayPal or eBay to buy from us. Alternativly you can contact us direct.

We ship via DPD and Royal Mail.

Order tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped.

Delivery estimate is typically 1-2 days for items listed with courier shipment and 1-6 days for items listed with postal shipment.

Orders placed before 3pm on a business day will be shipped the same day, otherwise it will be shipped the next working day after the order is placed.

Delivery for UK mainland only, we can ship UK offshore but there will be an extra cost incurred please contact us for a quote.

All items are eligible for return within 30 days, and must be returned in the same condition it was received. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon return delivery date. Refunds are less the cost of the originally purchased shipping. 

The device is also supplied with a 90 day return to base warranty that covers any manufacturing/hardware defects (not including any batteries) and it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the device is working as advertised upon delivery - this will ensure that if any issues pop up we can assist ASAP. 

We can't be held liable for any damage or faults found if a forwarding company has been used to ship the device overseas as we only ship to mainland UK, so if you have an issue and need to return the device for either a refund or a repair please keep this in mind.
