and family gatherings. The product is made from selected types of flour yet
without spices and flavors, thanks to which everyone can prepare it according
to their own taste and idea. Snack – Przysmak Świętokrzyski increases its
volume by up to 5 times while being fried and hence you may get of up to 10 l
of a ready product out of one package. Upon special request, we can manufacture
any form you like.
Preparation
method:
For
frying, prepare a vessel (a pot or a deep frying pan) and heat the oil in it
(to a temperature of approx. 180°C). It is best to check the temperature by
throwing a few pieces of the product into the oil - it will be suitable if
within a few seconds the Snack will increase its volume and acquire a golden
color. After reaching the right temperature, pour a small amount of product
into the hot oil and fry for about 5-10 seconds. When frying, make sure that
the product is completely immersed in oil.
