This is a miniature round screw top enamel measuring 1 inch, 2.5 cm across. 

A doll in traditional blue sailor's clothes seated on a red chair alongside a model of a sailing ship.

The base is cobalt blue enamel.

It is in excellent, undamaged condition, without presentation case.
