Lovely Stemar black lades straw hat, wide brim w/ lovely Black lace and flowers on the outside , believed to be from the 1970's all in great shape, very clean, found at a home in UpState N.Y.

Piece is about a Med. fit, about 4 1/2 inches deep, inside rim is about 21 inches around ,outside rim is about 40 inches around;
