A genuine collectible, this Ducati Writing Machines yellow ballpoint pen lincludes the stunning pen, embroidered outer box, information fold-out and Warranty Card.

Released around 2005/06, this striking pen pays homage to the iconic Ducati models of the '60s and '70s.

There are some condition issues with the box, with various scuff marks, indentations and the vinyl outer is peeling in places.

Internally it is in excellent condition as are all contents. The paperwork has a "bend" where it has laid around the pen.

The pen itself is in excellent condition with no chips, scuffs or signs of damage. The only condition issue  appears to be some slight tarnishing in one small part of the centre band (highlighted in pic, but subtle in person). Otherwise a fantastic example of this fabulous item.

All pics are of the actual item you will receive.  Happy to provide more information and photos on request.

About this item: The Ducati Writing Machines Collection expresses the Ducati personality and draws inspiration from historic models built by the Borgo Panigale manufacturer.

Nothing is left to chance. Like in production motorcycle manufacturing where every part and component is carefully designed down to the very last detail, Ducati pens have been engineered for performance and gorgeous style. Exquisite metal details and the polished aluminum cap make the Ducati a well-balanced pen, pleasant to hold, but with a "weight" that signals quality.

The right side of the cap has a chromed cheek with the typical finish of the petrol tanks of the era and bears one of the best-known Ducati logos, the Scrambler eagle. While the band on the cap recalls headlight covers of the time. The pen’s foldaway clip, whose lines recall the drilled disk of brakes, preserves a particularly linear design, while also guaranteeing efficiency and precision in its function.

The grip mimics the design of the intake bell and, in all models, the band under the bell becomes a decorative element between the shaft and barrel end. Each and every pen is as unique as the classic Ducati models of the '60s and '70s that inspire it.
