Disc is VG+ with 4 barely visible, extremely tiny light surface scratches which are not on the recorded surface and do not affect play. Inserts are in good condition with a small sawcut in the rear insert and a couple of depressions in the front. Jewel case is in fair to good condition with multiple light surface scratches and an abrasion from sticker removal on the front and a sawcut on the opening side.
