The Quick Change clip provides the flexible hinge for the hook length and quick change over of rigs.

 while the other ring is the attachment for the leadcore or Fluorocarbon leaders.

 This set up is very effective when stalking carp in weedy margins with a big heavy carp lead as the swivel easily pulls out of its housing allowing the lead to fall away in snaggy swims.
