These may be Toshiba made as the only identifying label is molded into the plastic of the relay and is TTT that you can see in the second picture although it is hard to make out. I bought these in a lot of stuff at an estate sale of an electronics wizard that contained tube equipment like wave generators so I have no idea what year these could go back to.
