This is an antique music book, copyright 1898.

All pages are present and the music is legible, I am saying the book is in acceptable condition based on the following observed conditions:

- The cover has come loose from the remainder of the book,

- There is edge wear from use and age,

-All pages are present and bound but several have tears along the top and bottom at the spine and a few small tears along the margin,

- There is writing or notations in pencil on many pages but not all pages, some pages just have a date written on the page, some have numbers written in the body of the music, some have an X in the margin (see photos of some samples of what was written in the book)
