Shipping Information
- This item will be shipped by courier
- We work to ensure your item is shipped within 2 working days from receipt of payment
Collection Information
- We are open for collections Mon-Thurs 9.30-4.00, and Fri 10.00-5.00
- Items must be collected within 7 days of the listing ending - please let us know as soon as possible, when you are planning
to collect, so that we can ensure your item is easily accessible and ready to load
- Please familiarise yourself with the item size and weight, and come to collect in a
suitable vehicle
- Items listed for 'Collection in person' are deemed too large and heavy to be practically and safely shipped by a courier.
Buyers who bid on 'Collection in person' items, must collect their item in person for these reasons, and we will not
package the item for a courier collection once the listing has ended
Payment Information
- Payment is accepted by Cash or Paypal, and is to be received within 3 days
- Non-paying bidders will be reported using Ebay procedures to reclaim listing fees
- Any fraudulent activity will be reported to ebay, paypal, and the police
Other Information
- Please ask any questions before bidding, as we will expect any transactions to be completed
- If you have a problem with your purchase please contact us directly as soon as possible, so that we can try and resolve any issues
- Buyers who misuse the managed returns system, will be reported to ebay
- If an item is specifically listed for the UK Mainland only, buyers who then ship the item overseas will invalidate any relevant warranty,
the moment it leaves the UK mainland. In this case, absolutely no refunds/returns will be granted, under any circumstances
