All items are shipped insured within one (1) business day of receiving notification of payment from eBay.

FREE SHIPPING option is for ground delivery and applies to the United States. Other options are available at an additional cost for customers who need faster service.

We ship internationally if the purchased item qualifies for the Global Shipping Program offered by eBay.

All sales are final unless an item is grossly misrepresented in the listing. If the item is not as described, we will be happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items we sell. Buyer must request Return Authorization number from Seller and is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance. A full refund of the purchase price (less restocking fee, if applicable) will be issued upon the safe return and inspection of the item. Corporate policy prevents us from issuing partial refunds.  

Items that have never been removed from the original packaging (NRFB), will incur a 10% restocking fee if they are returned by the buyer after they have been opened.

Damage is defined as broken items that are non-working (animation, lighting, & sound) and breakage that cannot be easily re-glued. Sometimes during the shipping process pieces may become unglued and can be re-glued. This is not damage.

All items are shipped insured, and when appropriate, claims will be filed with the freight carrier. This process requires the cooperation of the buyer to retain all packing materials as well as the item until the claim can be settled. Photos of all damage will be required to file a claim for damages.

All items being returned must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items returned without prior return authorization will be refused. Customer assumes all non-refundable shipping costs.

While we make every effort to pack items carefully and securely, occasionally an item is broken during shipment. All items have been insured and will necessitate the customer contacting us so we can initiate a claim. We also photograph items prior to shipping as proof of condition (with the exception of NRFB items as noted). We are NOT responsible for the handling items may receive after they have left our hands.

It is our goal to offer for auction quality items ranging from Never Removed From Box (NRFB) to New (NIB) to Mint (MIB) or Excellent Used Condition (EUC). We have attempted to supply a scale for grading the items that appear in our listings. It follows further down in this section. Please bid with complete confidence that your satisfaction is our primary goal.

Used Items: We carefully describe each used item to the best of our ability. Please examine all photos carefully. They are provided to give the best representation of the item. If requested, additional photos can usually be provided. Be assured that the item in the photos is the item that you will receive.

While every effort is made to accurately describe each item offered for auction thus eliminating any surprises to the buyer, used items are offered "as is". Before purchasing please contact us for additional information if you feel we are not clear with a particular description.

Never Removed From Box (NRFB) - The Manufacturer?s seal has NOT been broken. These items are never removed from the box (NRFB). They are NOT tested with regard to operability and all parts are presumed to be included and unbroken.

Please be advised that once an item in this classification has been opened by the customer, there may be a restocking fee if it is returned because it cannot be resold under the NRFB classification.

New In Box (NIB) - Item is not sealed but was NOT pre-owned, has no breakage, chipped paint, crazing or missing parts. If originally manufactured with lights, animation and/or sound, these options are fully functional. Store Display items are included in this classification.

Mint In Box (MIB) - Item was pre-owned and was seemingly displayed; however it has no breakage, chipped paint, crazing or missing parts. If originally manufactured with lights, animation and/or sound, these options are fully functional.

Excellent Used Condition (EUC) - Item has been used, but is still in good working order. While some wear may be evident, no major pieces are missing or broken (could require a bit of re-gluing). Item may be a bit dusty. If originally produced with lights, animation and/or sound, these options MAY NOT be fully functional. These items are not eligible for return.

Good (G) - Item has been used and shows some wear. Marks or scratches may be evident. Item is not broken beyond usage, but may have a more serious flaw, such as a large, prominent chip, a missing part that cannot be included in the box, lack of sound, animation and/or lighting, or crazing. If an item has been repaired, it falls into this category. These items are not eligible for return.

A box or sleeve may have shelf wear or some Styrofoam scuffs, but no significant flaws unless specifically identified in the Item Description and/or photos.
