CONDITION: 

• Circulated. Some fine pin holes above Wmk.
• Shows vertical folds and general wrinkling.
• Paper still crisp.
• Edges and corners un-worn.
• Some foxing.
• No tears.

In my considered opinion note is F to VF grade (zoom in on photo - examine closely).
