Published by J.F. Schreiber, the kit builds a 1:100 scale waterline model of German railway ferry.

Comprising a roll-on/roll off configuration, the model is based on the Fehmarn train ferry which linked the island of Fehmarn with the railway connecting Oldenburg and Heiligenhafen. The ferry dates from the 1920s.

The parts for the model are printed on 11 sheets of A4 card, and the kit also contains several sheets of thick blank card for lamination and strengthening. Full English text is provided.

The completed model is about 2 feet long.

The modeller cuts out the pieces, scores, bends, folds and curves them into the right shape before gluing them together. The result is a proper 3-D scale model.
