Department 56 Snow Village, "Waiting for The Bus" # 809010, 2010 Christmas. This is a new Snow Village figure. This is new in the box, but the the box has been opened. The sign did break off, but does look like it can be glued back on. The sign was sat on its spot for pictures. The box does have some shelf life damage. See pictures for reference.
