We strive to minimize our environmental footprint. We do so by reusing shipping material including boxes, newspaper, Styrofoam, etc. Our packages may not look the prettiest when they arrive, but you can be assured that your item is packed safely and securely while being environmentally friendly :)

Shipping Cost and Availability
It will typically take 1-2 Business Days for items to be shipped. Please note most items that are shipped as a package will go through USPS or UPS and will have tracking. Use the shipping calculator to determine the time and cost for the item to arrive.
All items are packed safely and securely. Items are photographed/documented in their packaging before it is sealed inside the shipping box. This allows us to identify any issues that could have occurred from us during the packaging process.
International shipping welcomed through Global Shipping Program only. If using global shipping, please be aware of import duties, taxes, and charges imposed by customs; They are the buyer's responsibility. These are NOT included in the item price or the shipping charges.
Please check with your country's customs office prior to bidding to determine if any additional costs will be incurred upon package arrival.
Inspecting Items & Handling Returns
Returns are not accepted unless it follows along the guideline of eBay’s Return Purchases. All shipping return costs will be paid by the Buyer of the listing. Restocking fees may occur depending on the item such as size and condition of the item when returned. Please look closely at the photos and description of the item to determine the quality.
If you believe damage has occurred during shipping please immediately send us photographs of the item’s condition and how the package was when it arrived. Please contact us right away if something has occurred. We will do our best to work with you and to resolve this issue.
Customer Support
All items are described to the best of our knowledge, but overlooks could occur during the listing inspection of the item. Noticeable damages will be reported by us.
Another inspection will be done when the item is getting prepared to be shipped. If any overlooked damages are to be discovered, we will immediately contact the buyer in either making a full refund or having an extra stock that can be sent instead.
