Vintage Elgin American powder compact, made in USA

This one is so unusual because of how it is decorated

All of these tiny glass beads are called "Venetian Dew"

The top looks to be painted with enamel and then is completely covered in Venetian Dew glass beads

It's not perfect as the inside mirror and powder puff are missing

There are also glass beads missing, but not enough to really detract from the beauty and uniqueness of this compact

I've never seen another like this!!
