Look at what’s selling on ebay in my last picture.. the NON waterproof ones are at nearly the same price point.

And while they are NOT gore-tex, they are waterproof, and built with a thick nylon that seems to be padded within. I DO NOT HAVE THE BOX ANY LONGER. Will come with everything else: with tag and shoe trees. Measurements are in the photos. 11.75 x 4 inches APPROXIMATELY along the bottom of sole.
