Created during the 1950's with polished 14ct (585) yellow gold.  It is a very unique and stylish design, almost geometric and to me the shape resembles an arrow head.  You may see something very different.  The design is open to interpretation.  I believe it is fine as a unisex ring.  Due to the larger size 9 it may have been intended for a man as a unique, signet style ring?
Today, wear it on any hand and any finger or thumb.  When on the face is 11mm wide (widest point) and 17mm long.  One side has a wider 10mm band and the other side, 5mm.  Both sides taper down to 2mm band near the back.  The ring has not been sized, and should be fine for one or two sizes due to the plain band.  Please always check with your jeweller.  The ring has a nice solid weight of just over 5 grams.  You should be able to see the reverse side of the head is not solid and the ring is marked with older recessed 585 for gold content and the initials of the maker.  It is very comfortable to wear and is rather eye catching due to the unusual design.  At the high end it sits 8mm proud of your finger.  No sharp edges to get hooked on anything.  Please note all the photographs and the description.
Your great ring will be sent in a suitable ring box with free express/signature shipping with cover.
Thank you very much for looking.
