Originally designed to fit the 3000 model from the 1990's up into 2015 but will fit any Sleep Number model with comparative mattress heights including 5000 models past 2008. This replacement cover features the same YKK zipper that Sleep Number uses. Not only is this shell made in the USA, but all components are as well. We use only the best fabrics, foams, upholstery threads and padding. The inner foams are sold separately. This complete shell is specifically designed to fit Sleep Number Beds.
