CONDITION: Bubbles are very sticky from leftover tape residue they had at some point.  Bubbles have been cut open.  Figure inside is complete.  This is the Cammo promo card and it comes with 2 green Camouflage packs. You can see minor surface wear and dirt on the front and back.  There is border wear and some light scuffing all around.  You can see some general surface wear/staining/dirt on front and back of the card.  The bubbles are opened and are still attached to the card.  You can see some light scratches/scuffs on the bubbles as well. Please judge condition for yourself.
