Postage information

All prints are presented in a clear cellophane bag and sent in a sturdy protective envelope, for protection in the post.

All prints are sent via royal mail 1st class service to ensure your print reaches you as quickly as possible.

Orders are sent within 1 to 2 working days from the day of your approval, Mon-Fri (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

 

Returns

I do not accept returns on personalised items.

If your print does arrive with any damage or a mistake made by me then please contact me as soon as possible and a replacement will be sent out to you.
