Antique WW1 Death Plaque For Harry Levy presented in its original sleeve/envelope

Harry Levy was born in Stepney, London in 1895 and died in Flanders, France in December 1917

The Memorial Plaque was issued after the First World War to the next-of-kin of all British Empire service personnel who were killed as a result of the war.
