PAYMENT
Payment will be done within 7 days after the
closing of auction. If for any reason you cannot pay within this time
frame, please contact us immediately. An unpaid case will be opened
automatically in 4 days for any unpaid items without communication.
1.Internet Banking Transfer (Preferred)
We accept payments made via Internet banking from Australian Banks.
2.Direct Bank Deposit
We accept payments made by teller assisted bank
deposit only. We do not accept Quick Deposits, as your user ID is
required to identify your payment.
3.Paypal
We accept payment through Payoneer for both local and international buyers.
SHIPPING
1.We are Australian local seller. All items are
ready to be dispatched within 1-2 business days (weekend and public
holidays are not included) after the payment is completed from our
Sydney warehouse.
2.We use Australia couriers to send all the items. And item will simply arrive within 1-6 business days after it is dispatched.
3.No need to take risk to buy from oversea. If you buy
from oversea sellers, you will need to pay a huge cost to send the item
back for warranty. And wait more than a month to receive the item back.
TERMS OF SALE
Returns:
30 days money back, buyer pays return postage,
if your item was purchased in error, or you've simply changed your mind,
it may not be too late for a refund. To see if you are eligible please
check below:
1.We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it.
2.The item must then be returned within 7 days,please contact us for return procedure first.
3.Please ensure that the item is unused or in its original condition before you contact us for a return.
Terms of sale Feedback
1.We suggest our buyers to leave their feedback after their items are received.
2.When we receive payment from a buyer, we will leave a positive feedback to the buyer on the same day.
3.Please contact us first to fix the problem before leaving a negative feedback (Negative Feedback can not solve any problem).
Import duties
1.Import duties, taxes and charges are not
included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the
buyer's responsibility. Kindly noted that no import duties for
Australian local buyers.
2.Please check with your country's customs
office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding
or buying. For international buyer, we are not responsible for any
import taxes!
Warranty
1.We offer a 6 months warranty on most of
products(conditions apply) used for private household use from the date
of shipment (6 months commercial use). If a defect arises and a valid
claim is received by us , our store may, at its option, repair the product or replace the product.
2.We will replace your item if it is found to
be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any
DOAs must be contact/return to us within 7 days. For assistance with
warranty and returns please email us first.
3.Prior to returning any item, our Customer
Service Department must first issue you a Return Authorization (RMA)
number. All other relevant information will be sent to you at this time. our Store will not accept the return of any item/s without
an RMA attached.
4.If an item needs to be returned for warranty
after the 30-day period from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways
will be at the s expense.
5.We do not accept any item return by COD. The
returned postage must be paid entirely by the bidder. You have to
contact us before you return anything.
6.You are responsible to ensure the product is
packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return of the item.
Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution to be offered, which
may include repairs, replacement items or store credit at our
discretion.
7.All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty. e.g Battery, earphone, cable, carry bag etc.
Naturally the warranty cover does not extend to
damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of
maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to
damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that
described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the
item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or
persons) not authorized by our store to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).
