2. Send us a message with a screenshot of your subscriptions page (Services & Subscriptions page on the Microsoft website or the Subscriptions page on an Xbox) to verify that you don't have an active subscription.
3. Include your address in the message to verify ownership of the eBay account (just type the address that you used to place the order). This is in response to the recent rise in eBay account hijackings.
4. You will receive a message with the codes and instructions on how to redeem them.
