Refund Policy

If a product has been delivered to you and you have opened the original product packaging then you have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Returns for refunds will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow the eBay’s item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, there are 20% restock fee will be charged for such refund. Warranty

All warranty claims to be directed to the manufacturer.

Brand new products listed come with a 12 months return to base (RTB) warranty against manufacturing faults and defects. The some EOL products (but brand new), auction items, bonus (free) items and refurbished products may only have a limited warranty, please check the item descriptions.

The DOA (dead on arrival) item must be claimed (by email) within 3 days and the item must be sent back to us within 7 days from the date the customer has received the goods.

The Return Authorization (RA) number will be emailed to you for the DOA or the warranty claims, please return the item with the RA number and a copy of the purchasing invoice within 7 days.

A $30 handling fee will be charged to the customer if the warranty or the DOA item is found to be not faulty.

Buyers are responsible for all courier charges and insurance costs.
