You are purchasing a loose vintage 5" action figure of Impulse from the Young Justice League of America series produced by Hasbro and DC Comics in 1999.  The figure does not have any accessories and shows some wear from age and play including some light scuffing and spots of paint wear, but it looks good overall and is intact.  Please see images for details on condition.
