Condition is used.  The mini has been assembled and primed.  The original base has been replaced with a custom 3-D printed base.

This item is from the kickstarter and does not include retail packaging.  The instruction sheet was cut from the kickstarter rules booklet.  The assembly guide page was on the back of another enemy pack rulesheet so it is not included.
