Would have graded 'like new' but for two minor imperfections...inside front & back boards...

      After printing, the ink may have still been moist on the first and last pages...leaving a small blemish(see pics)...

       Otherwise, the book appears unread and unused...may have been a display copy...

        This is the book that every cook should have read, right from the start...excellent material and treatment...

         Nice photos...nice that particular knives are recommended...
