Gears Of War 2 NECA, Marcus Fenix Vs. Locust Drone figure figurine.

This is brand new never opened, though Marcus figures both arms are detached at elbows. The arm with gun still has plastic ties though other arm is loose in box. Also red plastic connected to gun has bits broken off due to gun moving around.

The packaging has marks and slight dents on front and rear.

I am not original owner so unsure how the figure is damaged within unopened packaging.
