CONDITION

- The book is approx 23 years old (TWENTY THREE!), it’s not new. Good overall condition, in my opinion for a book of this type

- light marks, scratches and scuffs to the covers

- a small tear at the bottom of the front dust jacket has a small piece of sellotape affixed

- no visible evidence of any pen or pencil marks

- some yellowing and spotting of pages as to be expected for a book of this age

- inside front cover is pulling away from the spine in a couple of places (would benefit by securing with sellotape). Remember - the book is 23 years old!
