1. Email us to get the return mailing address

2. Write down 'RETURN' clearly on the envelop and return to the address provided. 

3. Buyers will be contacted to arrange refund of merchant value once the returned item is received. Please note that postage is NOT refundable.

Returns Restrictions: 

1) All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt of your package. 

2) If items are damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt. We will not accept any items with odors (perfume, smoke, etc.) 

3) All original tags must be attached, with no signs of wear.

      We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.

All products sold are in our Melbourne warehouse at the time of sale. We do not pre-sell unless it is clearly stated and we do not rely on manufacturers or distributors to drop ship.

Your items are therefore inspected and packed by us in Melbourne. This will enable you to receive your goods that much quicker.

We only ship to the approved address given in PayPal payment. Please make sure payment address in PayPal is correct.

All products will be shipped within next business day. Usually you will get it within 2-6 Business days if no delay caused by the post.
