Function -- This PP10084 high limit switch is a safety thermostat which can shuts the unit off and prevents the oil from overheating on the fryers. It features a manual reset button on the switch for manual shutting off.

Fitment -- Universal fit for all Pitco gas fryers including Rov, Solstice Supreme, Solstice, and Economy gas fryers series. Fit for 35C+, 45C+ , 65C+, SG14, SG14R, SG14T, SG18, VF35, VF65, SGC and more model. (Please see pictures and description for all models) Also fit for Anets Southbend Robertshaw Allpoints gas fryers.

Prevent Overheating

If temperature exceeds fixed setting(450°F / 232°C), the contacts will open and cut the gas supply. When the temperature drops approximately 50°F below fixed setting, it will allow the contacts to be reset and gas valve to open again. Contacts on cycling models will reset automatically. Features Manual reset models, require the reset button to be depressed before contacts will close.
