Turkish Chervil (Chaerophyllum byzantinum) - rare condiment - 12 seeds
This is hardy (to at least zone 6/7) perennial (not biennial) - the cousin of Tuberous Chevil (Chaerophyllum bulbosum) and Garden Chervil (Anthiscus cereifolium). The leaves of Turkish Chervil are said to be used in kitchen as spice. They have characteristic taste. They are very esteemed by Turkish people. Plant rare in wild state in Central Europe (it is cultivated by Turkish emigres and sometimes escaped) . The seeds need to be sown in Autumn outside or in cool cellar to spring germination. Package 12 fresh seeds harvested from our garden. Only a few packages available.
