On 26 April 2022, at the Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany, representatives of defence ministries from more than 40 countries from the EU, NATO, Africa, the Middle East, the Persian Gulf and the Asia-Pacific region established an international coalition in support of Ukraine and the Contact Group on Ukraine's Defence. Over time, the coalition was joined by defence ministers from many other countries. Postage block “Weapons of Victory. World with Ukraine” 2023 continues the issue of “Weapons of Victory” 2022 and this time presents the best examples of foreign weapons provided to Ukraine by the members of the international coalition.
