Model-A 170mm Diameter Cylindrical & Cone Curved Screen Printing Machine

 * Squeegee and screen frame is not included with this printer .

Application

This printer could be used for cylindrical & cone type products, such as winebottle, medicine bottles, cosmetics bottles and other packaging bottles; Mugs, thermos cup, beer mugs, red wine glass; Glass tube, pen ,ballpoint pen, fishing rod, bat and other small cylindrical items.

If the printing surface has large concave/ convex/ spots and other non-plane part, will not suitable for the machine.

Character

The machine adopts push-pull structure, installation parts can be installed at right or left according to using habit.

Max pattern size : 8" x6" (20x15cm)

Max screen frame size (outer diameter): 10x18x1.5 inch (26x45x3.6cm)

Height of the cross beam behind the printer is adjustable by the bolt. Adjustable range is 7.8" ( 20cm ), max diameter of the printing object is 6.7" (17cm)

Each machine equip with three aluminum alloy post, they could be moved in 11.4" (29cm)

Squeegee holder movable range: 9.8" (25cm)

Max squeegee length: 7.9" (20cm)

Using Method

1. Install the screen frame and adjust to the suitable height, install the handle position according to using habit.

2.Install the squeegee and fix it at a distance of 1-2 cm from the pattern.

3.Adjust the position of the printing frame and roller bearing, place the printing object on wheel and leave some spac between the screen frame. Make sure the printing object if line up with the squeegee.

4. Adjust the screen frame position and pour out ink.

5. One hand hold the squeegee and another hand pull the handle to roll the cylinder. Then you'll get a printing logo.

Returns & Exchanges

Defective & Damaged Products

Payment

eCheck Issues: Payments via eCheck do not clear immediately. Usually you will wait 5-7 days after checkout for it to clear. Then we will arrange shipments for you.
