As the charms are attached to the case, the case does not have a flat exterior. As these items are not factory finished or mass produced they may show some blemishes / creases which add to the authentic uniqueness of these hand finished product. Each spectacle case is made to order and takes up to 24 hours to make / dry. Refunds & Returns

Unfortunately, as each item is handmade to your exact specifications, we are unable to provide a refund or facilitate returns. Please contact me before placing your order if you have any questions about the design or finish.

Replacements

Replacements can be provided, at no additional cost to you, in the unfortunate event that your glasses case is damaged during transit. Replacement will be provided once we receive your photographs of any damage and we have filed a case with the courier and they have investigated the delivery process. Please bare with us during this process.
