All products are carefully packed to ensure safe arrival. In the unlikely event you should receive a damaged or defective product, a replacement product will be sent in its place. If the product is defective, it must be returned within 30 days. A refund will only be given if all original packaging is complete and not damaged. If any of the packaging is missing a 20% charge maybe applied. After 30 days if a product goes faulty it is then the customer's responsibility to raise an RMA case directly with the manufacturer. I will fully support the customer up to a period of 12 months after the sale of any of my products.
