In the   event that your item arrives damaged during shipping,  please DO NOT FILE AN EBAY CLAIM.   Instead, please contact us for  assistance in filing your insurance claim and  retain all packing  materials, packing labels, and the damaged item. Your claim  needs to be filed with your local carriers office in order to  obtain a registered claim number. Please be prepared to  show damaged item and/or provide photos of damage if requested.  Please un-package and handle the purchased antique / collectible  item with care to avoid possible post delivery unintended  damage.

If the item you purchased is clearly and obviously  not the item we described and photographed, please contact us as  soon as possible via the Ebay email messaging system.
