Afam Hard Anodised Alloy Rear Sprocket


This is a single Afam rear sprocket

1 Tooth smaller than standard

Decreasing the size of the rear sprocket by 1 tooth raises the gear ratio, which lowers the engine revs at cruising speed, thus increasing MPG

This is particularly beneficial when doing motorway journeys or commuting for long distances at a constant speed

You will lose some acceleration and gain some top speed


AFAM Hard anodised rear sprockets are CNC machined in aluminium 7075 T6. This is a harder layer which reduces wear. They also have the unique AFAM tooth profile.

The 3D relief design is shaped for maximum weight saving, but remains safe. The AFAM tooth profile makes it a high-quality product with a long service life.

We can also supply AFAM chains and rear sprockets, either as a kit or individually. Please ask for more information.



We hold a large stock of AFAM sprockets and can supply most kits with alternative gearing. If you are unsure about fitment please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns in accordance with distance seller regulations and within the advertised timescale for the specific product/s purchased.

With the exception of faulty items, items should be returned in new, clean and packaged condition. We will not accept responsibility for return postage costs unless authorised by us in advance.

All returns must be accompanied by a note including your full contact details and reason for the return.
