Vintage Pittsburg Co. Stamp Set.  36 pieces, each tool measures 2.25" long with top of head letter measuring approx. 1/4" with letters being approx. 1/8".  The tools are in excellent condition, with the plastic lid of box showing cracks on it, still closes though. See photos.
