This is a vintage silver charm of a cat.  The charm is not marked for silver content, but is at least silver plated.  It could use a bit of a polish.  The hole at the top where a jump ring can be placed is thin, but looks intact.  The charm measures just over one inch high and 5/8 of an inch at its widest and weighs 2.7 grams.
