A lovely Chinese bronze vase of archaic Gu  design. The vase stands 13.2 cm tall, 10 cm across the top and weighs 513.7 gm.  It is probably from the mid to late 19th century.  The heavily decorated vase features birds, deer, foliage and waves. There is one small puncture through the bronze and signs of age- small knocks- mostly to the rim and foot.
