4 add on bars for garment or clothes racks. They are each 16" long with a ball on the end to prevent clothes from slipping off the rod. They mount on garment racks with 1" square tubing legs. They simply wrap around the leg and can be tightened with a set screw. They are metal with a mirror chrome finish and are used and in good condition.
