The dispenser holds 20 ounces of soap, lotion or sanitzer. Care instructions recommend wiping clean. Happy Everything! The item is without chips or cracks. There is an area on the back where the dots went wacky. See photo. Also, there’s a small rough edge on the end of where the soap comes out. It’s not a smooth edge. So you know.
